This is a torque tube-type treating station used to manufacture lines of wide films, such as BOPP and BOPET.

The maximum length of units we have actually delivered is 8.8 meters. This treating station is designed and manufactured in accordance with the width of a machine’s frame and the layout of the rolls.

The station is equipped with a swinging gating mechanism to protect it from damage if the film is broken. (A gate that opens and closes vertically can also be produced.)
