DESCRIPTION
T60M is a fully automatic dry cabinet that maintains a stable 60℃ and ＜1%RH environment. It is especially designed for moisture sensitive SMD packages and is able to reset the floor life of components.
Unlike traditional high temperature ovens, the baking dry cabinet does not cause damage or oxidization to components due to heating, it is hence the preferred equipment in baking components. When the heating function is turned off, the T60M becomes an ultra-low humidity dry cabinet.
