Dr. Storage Dry Cabinets for SMT Feeder Storage

DESCRIPTION

Designed to store SMT feeders, along with their component tapes during any production pause, this dry cabinet provides an effective management/storage solution that prevents components from being exposed to the environment, and hence prevents any damage that might come with changes in humidity and temperature.

Customized drying cabinets for various brands of SMT feeders is also available upon request.

Dr. Storage Dry Cabinets for SMT Feeder Storage

This specialized dry cabinet combines the feeder rack with an ultra-low humidity (0.1 – 5% RH) dehumidification system to meet the needs of various brands of SMT feeders, providing the best possible drying and storage solution.

By maintaining a stable and ultra-low humidity, it enhances the reliability and product quality during the production process, and reduces the chances of components going through environmental damage.

Compatible with feeders from different manufacturers, and provides storage for both the feeder rack and component tapes. Internal racks can also be customized to fit different feeder brands.

Available in 2 sizes:

  • X2B-E1680 (Capacity 1250L)
  • X2B-E170 (Capacity 700L)
