EBSO EasyCut 100 Depanelizer
The EBSO EasyCut 100 is ideal for low to medium volume production or as back up for your expensive capital equipment.
It separates routed PCBs carefully and economically. With a pneumatic operating tool, the strips are separated without leaving residue and the PCB is cut out. The PCB is led with the milled slot over the cutting tool. The strip is moved under the cutting knife and by pressing the foot valve the strips are separated. The cut tabs are accumulated inside the system and can be discarded at the operator’s convenience.
EBSO EasyCut 300/300M Depanelizer
Manual or motorized PCB depanelizer for boards up to 300 mm length.
This circular blade depanelizer has two operating speeds where the lower blade is powered and pulls the PCB panel between the two blades for separating the panels. The PCB is fed up to the blades by hand and then independently transported between the blades and separated.
EBSO EasyCut 450 Depanelizer
Manual circular/linear blade depanelizer for PCBs up to 450 mm length.
Large and small PCB’s can be separated economically with the linear blade PBC depanlizer. The PCB is laid onto the linear blade with the edge of the blade located into the scored groove in the PCB. Passing the blade across the PCB will separate it into individual units. The scored grooves can be interrupted by any number of cut-outs.
