This is the first selective soldering solution that comes with an automatic cartridge exchanger. It allows tips to be changed quickly, achieving unparalleled efficiency and solder joint quality as the most suitable tip shapes are selected to perform the soldering tasks.

JBC Automatic Heavy Duty Soldering Set for Robot
The HA470 Heavy Duty Soldering Set is the most powerful selective soldering solution and the first one featuring Automatic Cartridge Exchange. The set includes the following:
- TRA470 Soldering Unit, in combination with CSR470 Cartridge Exchanger, allowing for the soldering robot to use different tip shapes to achieve the highest quality on each soldering point.
- SFR Solder Feeder includes a solder-wire perforation allowing better flux flow and outgassing, avoiding solder splashing when soldering.
- CLRP Tip Cleaner that carries out tip cleaning within a second, increasing heat transfer and improving soldering quality.
- Remote control the UCR Control Unit by the robot (PC or PLC) using RS232 JBC Communication Protocol, downloadable here.
R470 Cartridges and GSFR Guide Kit are not included in the set.
**Note: The HM470 Heavy Duty Soldering Set for Robot is similar to the HA470, except it does not come with the automatic cartridge exchanger.
