B·IRON is a battery powered soldering system that:

Comes with a range of tools including soldering and rework irons that guarantee maximum efficiency
Features a monitor and control app
Has a safety cap that activates the power safe mode, and when the tool stays idle for more than an hour, it shuts down automatically, enhancing the battery and tip life
Has the JBC Heating System that ensures an extremely quick temperature recovery reaching 350ºC in less than 3 seconds.

Has a complete tip cleaning system integrated into the stand, with brass wool and an anti-splash membrane with wiper to keep the work area free of solder particles
Comes with an integrated cartridge exchanger to allow user to switch out cartridges easily and comfortably with one hand.
Built in with a console and cartridge holder that holds up to four cartridges at a time.

JBC B·IRON 100

Perfect for R&D departments and individual jobs.

It performs up to 100 medium-sized SMD soldering joints per charge.

Charging the handle is quick and effortless thanks to the built-in base charger.

The B·100 handle is lightweight at 35g, and designed to ensure comfort and precision.

This handle is fully compatible with the C210 Cartridge Range. And must be used with the B·IRON 100 Battery Powered Soldering Station.

JBC B·IRON NANO

Perfect for labs and R&D for high precision soldering jobs.

It performs up to 120 small SMD soldering joints per charge.

Charging the handle is quick and effortless thanks to the built-in base charger.

The B·NANO handle is lightweight at 32g, and designed to ensure comfort and precision.

This handle is fully compatible with the C115 Cartridge Range. And must be used with the B·IRON NANO Battery Powered Soldering Station.

JBC Handle Expansion Kit for B·IRON

This kit allows you to extend any B·IRON Station by adding an extra tool.

It includes:

A handle for the corresponding B·IRON station (e.g. B·NANO handle for B·IRON NANO station)
Fully compatible with Cartridge Range suitable for the corresponding handle.
Tool Holder. Its assembly is fast and easy to the charging base.
