JBC HDE Station Heavy Duty Soldering

This station is the most powerful soldering unit in the JBC range and it is designed for soldering applications that require large amounts of heat.
It provides all the advantages of the JBC Most Efficient Soldering System.

Includes:

• HDE Heavy Duty Control Unit, its new power supply (SMPS) ensures high efficiency and increased performance on soldering applications that require large amount of heat.
•  T470F HD Handle with Thermal Insulator Grip.
• T470F works with C470 Cartridge Range.
• HDS Stand for T470with a complete Tip Cleaning System, Quick Cartridge Exchanger and a Cartridge Holder to store up to four cartridges.
• SCH Cartridge Holderto store up to 16 cartridges and tips nearby.
• Additionally, you can connect HT470K Heavy Duty Tweezer Kit, which provides twice the power of T470 Handles. In this kit, 2 HDE Heavy Duty Control Units are required.

JBC HDEK Station Heavy Duty Rework

HDEK Heavy Duty Rework Station has been designed to reduce the soldering time in applications that require a large amount of heat span.

Some examples of applications are: coaxial cable shields soldering in telecommunication antennas, soldering of large copper conductors in medical imaging scanners, battery terminals, large-size capacitors, etc.

This station is supplied with 2 HDE Control Units, the most powerful soldering unit in the JBC range, and with HT470 HD Thermal Tweezers which use C470 Cartridge Range.

The control unit provides the best soldering quality thanks to JBC Most Efficient Soldering System, and the intelligent Sleep & Hibernation Modes help to extend life of tips. It also allows direct connection with JBC Fume Extractors.

This system also includes SCH Cartridge Holder to store up to 16 cartridges and tips nearby.
