JBC offers two types of hot air stations for precise reworking of small to medium components/SMDs.
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
JBC JNA Station High Precision Hot Air
JNA is the only Hot Air Station to rework SMDs without affecting nearby components.
It is the perfect station for easy and high-precision reworking of components as small as 01005, even under the magnifying glass.
The station Includes:
- NH High-Precision Heater Hose Set which works with J125 Cartridge Range & J325 Cartridge Range.
- T260 Pick & Place to position and remove components easily thanks to the built-in suction pump.
JBC TESE Station Precision Hot Air and JTSE Station Power Hot Air
TESE is a precision hot air station capable of reworking small and medium SMDs, while JTSE is a high powered Hot Air Station capable of reworking all types of SMDs.
The combination of the exclusive JBC hot air system with protectors, tripods and extractors ensures desoldering components easily and safety, concentrating the heat on the selected component. Connecting an external thermocouple provides a high-precise close-loop control of the component/PCB during the rework process or can also be used to protect a component or a specific area of the PCB.
As all the JBC Stations, the TESE has a menu with more than 10 parameters to customize the control unit.
