Kasuga Ion Jet Nozzle Ionizer

• A LED lamp will light up red to notify user of extreme dirt, abnormal discharge, and failure of the high voltage transformer.
• Air outlet with a unique structure to achieve stable ion balance with low air consumption.
• Static electricity removal can be turned on and off using an external signal, and maintenance frequency can be extended by supplying power only when static electricity needs to be removed.
• A high-voltage power supply is built into the nozzle, allowing low-voltage wiring and highly safe use without high-voltage wiring.
• It is a high-frequency AC type with high ion generation, and uses a reliable wire-wound transformer, making it resistant to shock and capable of stable use for long periods of time.
• The optional tube nozzle (NIH-55-C500) uses a conductive fluorine tube, is highly durable, and can suppress static electricity on the tube, so it can be used with confidence to remove static from electronic devices.

• New development D. I. C. II circuit control ^*not only ensures stable ion balance, but also eliminates deterioration in static elimination performance. We were also able to significantly reduce maintenance frequency.
• Because it is a DC type, the amount of ions generated is significantly higher, allowing for high-speed static elimination.
• Equipped with an alarm output as standard, it can quickly output any deterioration of ionizer characteristics or abnormalities such as cleaning alarms and high voltage abnormality alarms to the outside.
• Ion balance can be finely adjusted to maintain the potential at zero volts at the static neutralization location.
• D. I. C. (Double Ion Control) Circuit control is a circuit that can always eliminate static electricity in the optimal condition by controlling both ion balance and ion generation amount at the same time.
