Kilews SKD-BE200 & SKD-BE500 Series

• Featuring a brushless motor, a LED screw counter and a two-color housing, this range of Kilews electric screwdrivers is easy to use, suitable for operating in a clean room environment and allows users to preset the screw counter in a number of ways to ensure that screws are being fastened optimally and without errors e.g. If the system doesn’t stop before the preset stop time, or stops earlier, it could mean an error has occurred like a screw is stuck or a wrong screw is used.
• With a torque range between 0.2~10kgf.cm, these small to medium size screwdrivers have relatively common applications and can be used in the assembly of a wide range of products.
• This system allows users to set up the following: Effective Count Number (SC), Automatic Zero (At), Slow Start Time (RC), Slow Start Speed (LO), Start Detect Time (LT), Stop Time (HT), Double Confirm Time after Fastening (LL), Waiting Time between two screws.

Auxiliary Arm for Medium/Low Torque Screwdrivers 

The auxiliary arm makes the screwing process easier, reducing user fatigue and improving screwing accuracy. It can be used with a spring balancer to suspend the electric screwdriver over the work area.

Accessories 

Accessories compatible with the low/medium torque series of screwdrivers include the following:

• Suspension Rack: Can be fixed on the wall/table to hold the screwdriver in the most convenient position for the user to pick it up/store it when not in use.
• Torque Fixing Ring: Covers the torque adjustment nut to prevent tampering of the torque setting.
• Spiral Cables
• Torque Adjuster: This tool slides over the torque adjusting nut to provide a larger grip surface to make adjustments to the torque.
• Pistol Grip: Can be used as an optional accessory with the electric screwdriver to improve ease of use and comfort for user.
