Kilews SKD-BE800 Series

With a torque range between 10-50Kgf.cm, the Kilews SKD-BE800 series of medium & small-sized screwdrivers have relatively common applications and can be used in the assembly of a wide range of products.

This system allows users to set up the following: Effective Count Number (SC), Automatic Zero (At), Slow Start Time (RC), Slow Start Speed (LO), Start Detect Time (LT), Stop Time (HT), Double Confirm Time after Fastening (LL), Waiting Time between two screws – ensuring that screws are being fastened optimally and without errors.

Kilews SKD-BN800 & SKD-BNK800 Series

Featuring a brushless motor, this low voltage Kilews screwdriver has a steady torque output and does not generate carbon brush/noise pollution, making it suitable for use in a clean room environment.

• Easy to operate and can be used continuously for longer periods of time.
• Comes with an LED screen on the housing to remind the operator that the screwdriver is connected to the power controller.
• User can select between various torque range: 30kgf.cm/2,000r.p.m and 50kgf.cm/1,000r.p.m.
• Suitable for the assembly of internal parts within vertical spaces and large sized electrical equipment like home appliances, LED/LCD panels etc.
• Can be hung on to a spring balancer or attached with a pistol grip for easy and safe operation.

Kilews SKD-BN800LM Series

Attach  a vacuum flange onto the Kilews SKD-BN800L series to pick up non-magnetic type screws, such as plastic, aluminum, and stainless steel screws instead of having to manually pick them up.

• To pick up screws of different sizes, corresponding bit nozzles can be used without having to switch out the vacuum flange.
• The small and handy vacuum pump is available for all vacuum type of screwdrivers.
• To be used with a screw setter for optimum efficiency.

Kilews SKD-BN900 & BNK900

This series of Kilews screwdrivers have a brushless, low noise motor and does not generate carbon pollution. Nimble and easy to operate, it can be hanged on a spring balancer and used for longer periods of time without operator or motor fatigue.

With a torque range between 2-12 N.m, the SKD-BK900 series can be used in place of the less energy efficient pneumatic screwdrivers to avoid unstable torque caused by air pressure fluctuations, as well as prevent oil and noise pollution.

The SKD-TBN(K) series should be paired with a side handle or Auxiliary Arm to improve the stability of torque output, and for the user to operate the tool with greater ease and precision.

Suitable for the assembly of large-scale work pieces in semi-automatic or full automatic assembly line. In particular, for automotive industrial parts, air conditioners, electricity, telecommunications, large appliances (e.g. LED/LCD panels) and medical equipment assembly.

Auxiliary Arm for Power Torque Screwdrivers

The auxiliary arm makes the screwing process easier, reducing user fatigue and improving screwing accuracy. It can be used with a spring balancer to suspend the electric screwdriver over the work area.

Accessories compatible with the power torque series screwdrivers include the following:

• Suspension Rack: Can be fixed on the wall/table to hold the screwdriver in the most convenient position for the user to pick it up/store it when not in use.
• Torque Fixing Ring: Covers the torque adjustment nut to prevent tampering of the torque setting.

• Torque Adjuster: This tool slides over the torque adjusting nut to provide a larger grip surface to make adjustments to the torque.
