DESCRIPTION
Using a screw counter helps improve screw fastening accuracy and repeatability as it automatically detects errors like having a missing screw, screw stripped, floating lock or even when a wrong screw is picked up.
It also has an auto learning function that records the time of screw fastening, which is especially important when using screws of unknown lengths, or screwdrivers with unknown rotation speeds.

We have recently encountered a challenge where our screw counter’s interface was not in alignment with our customer’s preference. After some tweaking and figuring out, we managed to work with a software vendor to customize a cost effective solution for our customer, who will be implementing our modified screw counters throughout the plant.
