Malcom RDT-250II Compact Reflow Oven
This reflow oven replaces Malcom’s best selling machine – the RDT-250C.
Developed for reflow soldering and electronic devices in SMT soldering, the RDT-250II is compatible with the reflow soldering simulator and is suitable for production in small quantities – great for prototyping.
Unlike typical inline system reflow ovens, this oven executes all processes without moving the PC board, and can perform profile measurement and allow visual observation by the user at the same time.
Despite its small footprint, this compact reflow oven is equipped with upper heaters that are separately controlled, to allow for maximum precision in thermal control/distribution according to the mounting layout/requirement of the PC board.
Malcom SRS-1C Reflow Simulator
- Reproduces the temperature profile of the reflow oven.
- Allows user to observe of the melting state of solder paste from 3 sides of the device.
- Can achieve the temperature profile of lead-free solder mounting.
- Micro parts such as 0402 size are available
- Comes with a dedicated software to analyze temperature profile data.

Malcom VDM-3 Video Camera Capture System
- Allows user to simultaneously view images from two cameras, and select a camera (standard or high performance) based on the purpose of the task.
- User can toggle with the display/layout/size of video and data charts on screen during playback.
- Can export two video and data output from the device separately.
