Malcom RCX-1 Reflow Checker Modular Type

The Malcom RCX-1 is a modular reflow checker that adds up to 6 devices with different monitoring capabilities to the temperature logger RCX-S, giving users more precise readings/control over the reflow process.

1. RCX-C Observation Monitor: Allows users to look into the reflow oven
2. RCX-O O2 Concentration Monitor: Measures oxygen concentration profile in the furnace, and at the most important substrate position
3. RCX-V Vibration Monitor: Measures vibration during reflow heating with 2 sensors.
4. RCX-R Wireless Lan Connection: Allows for remote checking of temperature profile in real time, increasing efficiency. Comes with memory function to avoid loss of data.
5. RCX-W Air Velocity Monitor: Wind speed sensor is mounted on PC Board to measure wind speed of the particular point it is attached to. The RCX-W is able to measure wind speeds from the top or side.
6. RCX-T Reflow Checker Memory Unit: Adds another 6 channels to the RCX-S, providing 12 channels and points of measurements.

Malcom RCP-200 Compact Reflow Checker

• Proprietary “Heat Resistant Micro Connector” makes it possible to measure at 6 points.

Malcom IRC-1 Real-Time Reflow Checker

• The IRC-1 is a high-performance, high-precision temperature control system that measures real time temperature profile and transmits data to a PC via USB connection.
• Temperature of the reflow oven can be set quickly
• Temperature control conditions can be determined automatically; allows for manual analysis
• Measurement data can be converted to CSV to create reports

Malcom K-Type Thermocouple with Connector

Malcom carries a range of thermocouple and connectors that can be purchased individually based on requirements of the task on hand i.e. the substrates and parts to be worked with. The mini connectors have high heat resistance up to 280 degC, ideal for measuring inside the furnace.

Malcom TMR-1 System Program

Displays temperature, wind speed, oxygen concentration, and camera images on one screen to evaluate and control reflow process from different angles other than temperature control. Its temperature profile prediction function helps smoothly examine profiles, and the profile support function enables easy profile creation.

Malcom TL-12X Thermologger

This is a ultra heat resistant temperature logger that can be placed with the object to be measured in a furnace conveyor. It is easy to use, has high precision, stability and repeatability. It comes with an optional heat resistant case so the unit can be used for furnace measurement at even higher temperatures, and for extended period of time. Applications include recording temperature profile in superheating furnaces like tunnel furnaces and drying furnaces for painting.

Easy Attachment Thermocouple

Can be easily attached to a PC board and enhances accuracy of temperature measurement.

Attachment with a smaller amount of solder or adhesive is made possible with a small coopper plate welded to the tip of the thermocouple.
