This is a solder paste softener with built-in temperature monitoring function. Solder paste is mixed until optimal condition is achieved for printing.

This updated version comes with a new function that allows users to create customized programs, controlling rotation speed, temperature and time, based on the characteristics of different materials. Other features include:

• High speed rotation up to 1000rpm, shortening time required for mixing.
• Temperature monitoring and control function tracks the temperature of the material during the mixing process, and stops the mixing when the preset temperature is reached. This helps to achieve a stable result.
• Built-in auto-balancer adjusts the balance automatically based on total weight of container and solder paste/material, so user can start the operation right away without the need to weigh manually.
• Makes the appropriate rotation profile freely using a PC.

Malcom SY-8VMCS Vacuum Mixing System (Syringe Type)

World’s first mixing system that uniformly stirs and defoams the phosphor, dispersing agent and encapsulant as they are in syringes. Suitable for various electronic and chemical materials e.g. silver/gold paste, LED phosphor, semiconductor encapsulant, solder paste, etc.

• By adopting a unique variable rotation angle and centrifugal rotation method, substances with different specific gravities can be diffused uniformly as a syringe, eliminating the need to transfer the container(s).
• Compatible with 5 to 50 CC containers.
• Vacuum function can completely remove submicron bubbles.
