Olamef TP6/97 Cutting and Bending Machine

Cutting and bending machine for axial components with quick setup. This system automatically adjusts the bending wheels, reducing the set-up time and making it easier to operate. It is available in various versions of the TP6 machine. The maximum pitch possible with the /97 system is 40mm and the maximum “B” is 10mm.

Olamef TP6-EC Cutting and Bending Machine

The model TP6-EC is a manual machine, designed for cutting and bending taped axial components. Operation quotas are set up in a quick and precise manner. The TP6-EC machine is only offered in a manual version for taped components.

Olamef TP6/PR-B & TP6/PR-B-97 Cutting, Forming and Bending Machine

The models TP6/PR-B and TP6/PR-B/97 are designed for cutting, forming and bending taped axial components. The “stand-off” form keeps the body off the PC Board. The two models handle components with a lead diameter from 1 to 1,4mm. They can be motorized and it is possible to exclude the kink, substituting the cutting/forming wheels with only cutting wheels.

The TP6/PR-B/97 is easy to set up and use, and does not require maintenance. This automatically adjusting system for the bending wheels is available with all versions of TP6/PR-B machine.

The maximum pitch possible with the /97 system is 40mm and the maximum “B” is 10mm.

Olamef TP6/PR-F/1 to 3 Cutting and Forming Machine

The model TP6/PR-F is designed for cutting and forming axial taped components. Version TP6/PR-F-1 is suitable for lead with a diameter from 0,5 to 0,9mm. TP6/PR-F-2 is suitable for lead with a diameter from 0,8 to 1 mm. TP6/PR-F-3 is suitable for lead with a diameter from 1 to 1,3 mm.

The machine needs to be ordered together with die assemblies. It is necessary to choose the die assembly as specified by the client. Special forms are available upon request.

This high quality machine is designed and manufactured to last long. All preforming operations are conducted in order not to mark, scratch or deform leads. The system automatically adjusts the bending wheels ( /97 system). It can be motorised. Waste tape ejector TNS is already included in the machine’s price.

Olamef TP6/S Cutting and Bending Machine

The TP6/S machine is designed for cutting and bending axial components for surface mounting. The standard version offers the most common dimensions. Special versions created to customer’s specifications are available upon request. However, it is necessary to know all dimensions of the component, before and after processing.

Olamef TP6/V/1-EC and TP6/V/21-EC Cutting and Bending Machine

The TP6/V/1-EC and TP6/V/21-EC models are designed for cutting and bending taped axial components for vertical mounting. The TP6/V/1-EC operates lead components with a diameter from 0,5 to 0,8 mm while the TP6/V/21-EC does the same for Ø from 0,8 to 1,3 mm. The bending pitch is determined by the bending cam supplied, and can be changed by replacing the cam with one of a different thickness. They come only in the manual version for taped components.

Olamef TP6/V-PR/1 and TP6/V-PR/2 Cutting and Bending Machine

Machine models TP6/V-PR/1 and TP6/V-PR/2 are designed for cutting, bending and forming taped axial components for vertical mounting. The standard form locks the components into the PC board. Almost all dimensions are adjustable. This model handles components with lead diameters from 0,5 to 0,8 mm.

Special versions can be manufactured to form leads with different dimensions. It is possible to eliminate the preforming and only operate the “V” bend of components.

The minimum length of the lead between the body and the tape must be at least equal to length of the body plus 15mm for the TP6/V-PR/1 and 18mm for TP6/V-PR/2.
