Olamef SEP 1/SEP 1M Manual/ Motorised PC Board Separator

The SEP 1 is a manual machine for separating pre-assembled electronic boards, while the SEP 1M is the motorised version of the machine, offering greater precision, reliability and safety. The PCB is manually fed between the lower and upper blades using the pre-incision as a reference. By pushing the board horizontally, the blade rotation offers a sharp and accurate cut. The blade height is adjustable depending on the thickness of the PCB. Upper and lower blades are also available in the titanium pleated version.

Olamef SEP 2/ SEP 2M Manual/ Motorised PC Board Separator

SEP2 is a manual PC Board separator and the SEP 2M is the motorised version, designed for pre-incised and pre-assembled PCBs. The fixed lower linear blade facilitates the positioning of the board using the pre-incision as a reference. Separation length is 450mm or 600 mm. With the SEP2M the upper blade run is controlled by a foot pedal and the length of this run can be programmed through push buttons located on the main control panel.

The distance between the upper circular blade and the lower linear blade can be adjusted. The height of the front and back supporting tables is also adjustable. Upper and lower blades are also available in pleated titanium.

Olamef SEP 4 Motorised Machine for Strip Separation

The SEP 4 is a strip cutting machine with easy setup for various sizes, and an adjustment knob for a header length of 1 to 32 pins.
The clamp is held down for exact positioning. The machine comes equipped with a DC motor with speed adjustment for optimal efficiency as well as a counter for keeping track of the number of components cut.
