Olamef TP/R Cutting Machine

The TP6/R is designed for cutting taped radial components. It come in two versions to accommodate for different hole pitch sizes: 12,7 or 15mm.

Olamef TP6/R-EC Manual Cutting Machine

The TP6/R-EC machine is designed for manual cutting of taped radial components. The quality and reliability of this machine allows the customer to operate it for years without mechanical parts wearing down. This model comes in two versions:

• 31.OL21 tape hole pitch 12,7 mm
• 31.OL22 tape hold pitch: 15 mm

Olamef TP/R-PR-AS Pneumatic Cutting and Forming Machine

The TP/R-PR model is a pneumatic machine designed for cutting and forming taped radial components. The die assembly “SMS” is equipped with a wire holder to keep the leads firm in position during machine operation in order to avoid stress or damage to the parts. Changing the “SMS” in order to vary the form is quick and easy.
This machine is manufactured in two versions to operate varying sizes of tape hole pitches:

• 90.OL12 (220V)/ 90.OL11 (110V) for tape hole pitch 12,7 mm
• 90.OL14 (220V)/ 90.OL13 (110V) for tape hole pitch 15 mm

Die assemblies for TP/R-PR-AS must be ordered with the TP/R-PR-AS as they are not included in the machine price.

Olamef TP/TC4 Cutting Machine

The TP/TC4 machine is designed to cut loose radial components. Both speed and cutting length are adjustable. The machine stops when the front cover is removed from the machine.

Olamef TP/LN-500 Pneumatic Cutting Machine

Pneumatic machines TP/LN-500/1 and TP/LN-500/2 cut the leads of any kind of radial components, regardless of the diameter, material, pitch and form. This is possible through the use of a cobalt “guillotine” blade. The upper plate which determines the cutting height (standard 3,2 mm) must be ordered separately from the machine because it usually has to be designed in specific ways to adapt to the requested height, form and pitch of the components. Additional plates to increase height can be supplied upon request.

Olamef TP/LN-100 Pneumatic Cutting Machine

The TP/LN-100 is a pneumatic machine used for cutting the leads of loose radial components. It is designed to adapt to a very wide range of radial parts. The upper stationary plate determines the cutting height; the standard is 3,2 mm. Additional plates to increase this height can be supplied upon request, and start at a height of 0,5 mm. The pneumatic foot pedal controls the stroke of the lower plate, which performs a quick cut of the leads, without any stress to the components. The plates have a standard grid pattern to accommodate most types of components. Plates with a special grid pattern or a particular diameter can be provided upon request. Lateral cuts at most common pitches allow for the easily handling of any deformed leads. Cutting area: 45X54mm

Olamef TP/TS1 Pneumatic Cutting and Forming Machine

The TP/TS1 is very flexible pneumatic machine designed for cutting and forming loose radial components with a lead diameter up to 1,2 mm. There is a vast array of dies available to create a standard form, or a special request. It is possible to equip the machines, on request, with two wire holders, in order to lock the leads between the body and the area of operation. This option should be requested in the order.

Olamef TP/SC4 Pneumatic Cutting and Forming Machine

The TP/SC4 pneumatic machine is a very versatile piece of equipment, designed for cutting and forming loose radial components. A large number of dies are designed and manufactured to offer the most commonly requested standard forms and as well as special ones. Die 163000 requires the activation of a third cylinder, which is only applicable to model TP/SC4. It is possible to equip this machine, on request, with two wire holders in order to lock the leads between the body and the operation area.

Olamef TP/TO-CF Automatic Cutting and Forming Machine

The TP/TO-CF is an automatic machine designed to cut and form transistors in tube (TO-220,TO-218, TO-126). All strokes are controlled by a PLC. The operation is fully automatic and each form requires a dedicated die. Two wire holders lock the leads before cutting and forming operations begin. Forms for customers’ specific requirements are available upon request.

Olamef TP/IC-F Straightening Machine

Model TP/IC-F is designed for straightening the leads of IC components in tube to facilitate their insertion onto the PC Board. The machine comes with the necessary tube holders to accommodate components with standard pitches of 7,62 mm and 15,24 mm.
