Olamef SP21 Pneumatic step-by-step feeder for the preparation of radial taped components
The pneumatic feeder SP21 is designed for the preparation of taped radial components. It’s a very fast system suitable for adjustable height cuts or cutting and bending at a 90° angle. It is mechanically operated, complete with cylinders, and without electrical or pneumatic systems or PLC.
This feeder can prepare components to be picked up by a mechanical gripper. It is suitable as a workstation on automatic assembly lines.
Olamef SP21/A Pneumatic step-by-step feeder for straight cut of radial taped components (Automatic)
The SP21/A is a pneumatic machine designed to operate on taped radial components. It is a very fast system suitable for adjustable height cuts or cutting and bending at a 90° angle. Components are automatically operated and then ejected into a dedicated bin.
Olamef SP27 Pneumatic step-by-step machine equipped with additional posts able to operate taped radial components
The SP27 is a pneumatic machine designed to operate taped radial components. With additional posts, it is able to create complex forms depending on the customers’ request. The SP27/A is a pneumatic machine designed to operate taped radial components. With additional posts, it is able to create complex forms depending on the customers’ request. Components are automatically operated on and then ejected into a dedicated bin.
Olamef SP22 Pneumatic step-by-step feeder for the preparation of taped axial components
This special pneumatic station is designed for cutting, bending and forming taped axial components based on specific data received from customers. The tape feed occurs on a horizontal axis. Components are individually and vertically operated on from top to bottom. The leads of the component are held on the right and left sides of the body during the cut. This eliminates any risk of damaging the components. This station is supplied without an electrical, electronic or pneumatic system and is mechanically operated. It eventually needs to be integrated into an automatic mounting system.
Olamef TP7 Automatic cutting forming bending machine for taped axial components
The TP7 is a special automatic machine designed and PLC controlled to cut, bend and form axial components to customers’ specifications.
The tape feed occurs on a horizontal axis and components are individually and vertically operated on from top to bottom. The leads of the component are held on the right and left sides of the body before the cut and during the forming. This eliminates any risk of damaging the components.
Olamef SP26 Automatic pneumatic cutting and forming machine for taped Hall transistors
SP26 is an automatic, pneumatic machine with tape feed, centring, cutting and forming for taped Hall transistors. This machine was designed to operate Hall Transistors which are very delicate and require high precision in the positioning on the matrix of the die.
Model SP26 is equipped with a pneumatic centring gripper that locks the body of the component. After cutting the component from the tape, the gripper moves it to the subsequent step (i.e. 90° bending, SMD form or other forms) and finally places it into a bin or into a set point where a mechanical hand (robot) can pick it up.

SP20 pneumatic machines are manually fed equipment for cutting and forming individual loose radial components. The machine’s die assembly is designed to create the forms requested by the customer. The machine automates a process that has previously only been achievable manually, reducing the time needed to complete these tasks.

SP34 is an automatic machine designed to cut, preform and position filters. It is one example of a manipulator that OLAMEF designed to take radial components from the tape, operate the leads at more intermediate posts, and then place the component where the customer needs it.

SP36 pneumatic machines are manually fed equipment for cutting and forming individual loose components. The machine’s die assembly is designed to create the forms requested by the customer. The machine automates a process that has previously only been achievable manually, reducing the time needed to complete these tasks.
Olamef SP38 Manual machine for loose LED preforming
The SP38 is a pneumatic machine, controlled by a foot pedal. The component to be processed is manually fed, and the machine cuts, bends and forms loose LEDs as requested by the customer.
Olamef SP2006 Automatic placement machine for traditional components
Thanks to the experience gained from the manufacturing of hundreds of special feeders for axial and radial components (SP21, SP22, SP26, SP27), Olamef designed this bench placement machine for traditional components.
It can be created as an individual station that can also be applied directly to the SMD line. An insertion bench can be designed with several modules, each of which creates a specific shape on axial or radial components.
These components will be automatically inserted into the PC board from a conveyor belt. Both systems are tailored to customer’s requests, and additionally, axial and radial parts can be designed to place transistors (TO-220), ICs, connectors and other components in the tube.
