CAM200
PVA Handheld Diaphragm Dispensing Valve

The CAM200 is an all plastic handheld valve suitable for dispensing low to medium viscosity cyanoacrylate adhesives and anaerobic chemistries via a unique “floating diaphragm” process. Depressing the CAM200 finger switch allows a diaphragm to flex and permits material to flow through the valve. The diaphragm will terminate the dispensing process as the finger switch is released.
The valve’s ergonomic wand design makes handheld dispensing easier than ever. The CAM200 can be utilized in applications requiring dots, beads, encapsulation, or potting.
CAM300
PVA Handheld Diaphragm Dispensing Valve
Application: Dispensing
The CAM300 is a single air acting, diaphragm dispense valve with spring closure to manually apply a variety of fluids. A wand style handle allows precise control over the start / stop of fluid flow and easy manipulation to dispense fluids to complex substrates. With an all plastic construction, this valve is compatible with fluids such as cyanoacrylates, anaerobics, conformal coatings, solvents, etc. A stroke adjustment in the air cylinder provides fine tune control of the fluid flow rate.
DX100 Series
PVA Dynamic Mixing Valve
Applications: Dispensing, encapsulation & glob top, gasketing, potting, thermal interface materials.
The DX100 Dynamic Mixing Valve is ideal for difficult to mix, two-component materials that have wide ratio, and/or a wide viscosity delta between part A and B. It is also fitting in situations where space is limited and a long static mixer cannot be used. The DX100 can be used in both manual and automated meter mix processes.

JDX
PVA Jet Dispense Valve
Applications: Conformal coating, dispensing, underfill
The JDX Jet Dispense Valve is an extremely fast, non-contact jet dispenser that precisely dispenses viscosities up to 400,000 cps, while its unique diaphragm design saves time and money. With the JDX, even difficult to work with fluids can be precisely dispensed in volumes as small as 10 nanoliters (nl). In addition, it can apply multiple drops-per-location at a speed up to 300 drops/sec. The drops can be dispensed into areas with clearance as small as 300μm. The JDX offers unparalleled repeatability, and with no z-axis movement to slow the valve down, it can move swiftly and easily to jet into even awkward, hard to reach areas.
Many of the benefits of this valve are tied to its unique diaphragm design that allows fast cycle rates due to its very small mass. This distinctive design features a single, easily replaceable diaphragm that eliminates the dynamic fluid seals, common in other jets, and the need to remove the jet from the robot, clean and replace worn seals. The JDX dispenses a wide range of fluids such as underfill, coatings, adhesives, epoxies and lubricants for micro coating, medical device, LED assembly, underfill, and die bonding.

The MR1 is a versatile servo-controlled piston dispenser for processing single component chemistries requiring a high level of dosing accuracy. Utilizing a volumetric displacement concept, the MR1 is capable of processing a wide range of chemistries, including viscous filled or abrasive materials, without concern for slight material changes from batch to batch or due to atmospheric conditions. This results in more accurate dispensing for chemistries that are difficult to process.
Utilizing a single piston system, the MR1 can process single-part materials up to 1 million cps. The servo-controlled metering chamber allows for easy alteration of the target shot size and flow rate in a package mounted directly at the application point.

The MR2 is a versatile servo-controlled piston dispenser for processing single or dual component chemistries requiring a high level of dosing accuracy. Utilizing a volumetric displacement concept, the MR2 is capable of processing a wide range of chemistries, including viscous filled or abrasive materials, without concern for slight material changes from batch to batch or due to atmospheric conditions. This results in a more accurate dispensing process for difficult to process chemistries.
Utilizing a dual piston system, the MR2 can process 2K materials with mix ratios as wide as 15:1. And, with a lightweight, slim design, the MV250 can be integrated into manual dispense systems or fully automated platforms. PVA’s micro dispense nozzles use a precision taper to eliminate fluid buildup on the tip (typically seen with blunt end nozzles) for improved transfer efficiency. Low viscosity fluids can also be dispensed, in a non-contact mode, due to their reduced surface tension.

Carbide Rods: Used to resist wear against aggressive fillers found in fluids such as epoxies, potting compounds, gap fillers, thermally conductive pastes, and electrically conductive compounds.
All Stainless Steel: Used for less aggressive fluids without fillers such as RTV, silicone, sealants, adhesives, gels, and pastes.
PC100

PCTP
PVA Pneumatic Cartridge Pump

PVA’s PCTP Pneumatic Cartridge Pump operates by flowing material directly from disposable plastic cartridges via a pneumatic linear drive. PCTP has no moving components or seals, eliminating the risk of wear. It’s also equipped with easily replaceable cartridges, making it the optimal low maintenance solution.
Pneumatic cartridge drives on the PCTP eliminate the risk of entrapping compressed air in the cartridge, making it an ideal choice for moisture-sensitive materials. The pneumatic cylinder diameter allows for a 1.5x increase in fluid pressure from applied air pressure. Configurations are available for both 20 and 32 oz. cartridges.
PDP
PVA Progressive Cavity Dual Pump
Applications: Dispensing, thermal interface materials
The PDP Series of progressive cavity pumps bring superior volumetric accuracy to your most demanding two-component dispensing applications. Progressive cavity pumps feature a machined rotor that couples with a rubberized seal to assure drip-free operation with a wide range of viscous chemistries. Each servo-controlled rotor displaces a fixed volume of material per revolution. This true positive displacement process assures consistent volume regardless of slight material variations.
The PDP Series features independently controlled pumps for both resin and hardener allowing users the ability to customize their desired mix ratio. Five different rotor sizes span a wide range of flow rates. An optional carbide rotor is available for extended life when processing filled or abrasive chemistries.
RC200
PVA Radial Coat Valve
Application: Conformal coating
The RC200 Radial Coat Valve sprays low viscosity fluids onto the inside walls of a cylinder to create a layer of coating. It integrates PVA’s front closing valve technology, to start and stop fluid flow, with an air motor to spin the coating nozzle. The nozzle rotation uses centrifugal force to accurately propel the fluid directly onto the cylinder walls in a 360° pattern.
Interchangeable coating nozzles allow a wide range of fluids to be used in various size cylinders. A simple controlled motion in the vertical axis can be performed to coat wider areas of a cylinder. Fluids that can be sprayed with this technology include water, solvents, and low viscosity lubricants.
RCC150
PVA Rear Closing Carbide Dispense Valve
Application: Dispensing
The RCC150 is a high pressure, rear closing dispense valve with fixed suck back designed for applying single component medium to high viscosity stringy fluids. Typical applications include high flow gasketing, bead placement, and potting.
A specially designed carbide seat with hardened steel rod and lip seal combination to resist wear against abrasive fillers makes it ideal for dispensing sealants and epoxies that contain abrasive fillers.
SB300 Series
PVA High Flow Dispense Valve
SB300-C Dispense Valve: This is a high-pressure “snuff back” dispense valve that is designed for applying medium to high viscosity fluids, including thermally conductive pastes and gap fillers, which contain aggressive fillers. A special carbide rod is used in combination with lip seals to resist wear against aggressive fillers, making this valve suitable for applications including dot dispensing, gasketing, filling and potting.
SB300 Dispense Valve: For less aggressive fluids, without fillers, such as RTV, silicone, sealants, adhesives, gels and pastes the (standard) SB300 Dispense Valve is available with a tool steel rod.

The SV200 Auger Valve is ideal for dispensing 2-part, premixed epoxies and pastes in dot and bead patterns. The SV200 can dispense dots as small as 0.020 in diameter and features a quick release to separate the motor assembly from the auger for easy cleaning of entire fluid path. The SVC100 Servo Controller provides customized valve settings for handheld or automated applications.

PVA Controlled Auger Valve

The SVX auger valve is designed for processing micro volumes of material in precise, repeatable patterns. The auger rotation is controlled by a brushless servo motor with a programmable encoder providing 57,000 counts per revolution for a highly controlled process.
The SVX is ideal for dispensing all medium to high viscosity pastes, epoxies, and abrasive compounds in dot and bead patterns. The SVX can dispense dots as small as 0.005 in diameter.
