The TOP 375 series is made for PB free solder, and is designed to prevent solder leakage

from solder bath to increase reliability. They provide great precision, efficiency and are easy to maintain.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

For rework in PB free solder (For dipped parts).
CPU digital circuit for accurate temperature control (±１C°)/switching power supply.
One-Touch nozzle lock lever assures safe and easy nozzle change.
Solder flow stand-by mode substantially reduces soldering tact time (TOP-375/375SP).
Free power supply (AC100, 115&230V); easy voltage change on terminal board.
Solder bath and heater are made from sus316 (Resistant to corrosion).
Original N2 spray nozzle and N2 supply unit reduces oxide to 1/10 (optional).
The large fender allows use of big nozzle for easy cleaning and maintenance.
Solder bath unit is designed for easy replacement and maintenance. Possible to use for PB-free and PB solder in the same machine by exchanging solder bath unit (Unit exchange time: approx. 15 minutes)
Available model TOP-375SPH that can resist high temperature.
DC brushles motor to control flow level.
Easy targeting with new laser pointing marker. (TOP-375/SP)
